Just the character sheet, at the moment I'm not sure what to do about Elemental Bursts, but it's probably not going to be a specific skill. Considering characters in this can get stronger and expand their skillset, Elemental Burst will most likely be a kind of "super" mechanic, turning one of your Elemental Techniques into a Burst, which is just a much more powerful version of it a limited number of times in battle.
