Boogie let out a light smirk as Toad responded to his little jokes with his usually under the breath cursing. He always loved messing with his old landlord, not because he didn't like Toad because in all honesty it was quite the opposite. He had a sort of soft spot for the little green slime ball namely for the fact that Toad was one of the few fables that didn't go completely awkward around him despite his past, not to mention the guy put him up until he was able to open his store. Though the likelihood of Boogie ever admitting how he felt about Toad would be as likely as he would go skinny dipping in the Witching Well. 

When Toad stood by the door and started to shoo away the two Boogie dawned his calm smile and made his way towards the exit. "I guess I'll see you later Toad. Oh and tell TJ I said... Boo." As he spoke the last word his voice seemed to become a faint deep echo and his eyes turned into two glowing yellow orbs. Though as quickly as it happened Boogie was back to his normal appearance. He exited after Rozalin and took the cigarette from behind his ear. "So black market charms eh? I'll take it the others on the 13th don't know about this." He said as he lit his smoke and took in a deep drag.
