Sidney had a brief text exchange with William, who Audrey mainly knew as another artsy friend who hung around sometimes. He was alright, but they didn't see each other much unless there was an intermediary friend, like Sid or Toby. 

At the suggestion of eating, Audrey grimaced, but answered, [color=a0410d]"Sure, if you're buying,"[/color] without a hint if shame, pulling her pockets out to demonstrate their emptiness. [color=a0410d]"Work at the ole mill dried up. I can getcha back in maybe a week, though. Don't let me forget."[/color]
