Great to hear the interest is still there :], as for where the adventure begins; in the port town of Kallokian. Kallokian is an old port town in the northern part of Vilaria. of  That is where the MILOV has slated to pick up new recruits. As to how your character knows of this is pretty much up to you. Maybe they heard it from an old airship crewmate, or they could've found something about it on a notice board, keep it within reason and it should be fine.

If you feel inclined to expand the world by describing the village your character comes from, then go for it! Any sort of worldbuilding is appreciated and encouraged. It could be useful if the MILOV ever drifts past the town because of some delivery.
