[COLOR=GRAY][indent]Born to one of North America's most prolific Hyperhuman activists during the late 90's and early naughties, one would assume Viktor Bordeaux would have been a caring and attentive parent. This didn't come to pass as Viktor came to regret passing on his heritage to the young boy he visited in the maternity ward once, before walking out of the boys life for the foreseeable future. Axel was raised by his mundane mother, Sally. Sally was an extraordinary mother who made sure Axel had everything he could ever need. She had inherited a tech company from her father, and as such Axel grew up comfortably middle class.

He grew up quickly, excelling in school and soon became a young man whose favorite activities were football and photography. His bright path as a football player was cut short by his hyperhuman awakening. It wasn't traumatic, nor was it particularly dramatic. Axel just simply started floating one day on the field. As a result, like with hundreds of promising college scholarship-ee's before him, he was stamped a hyperhuman and all of his athletic achievements were considered null and void in the mundane world. Six weeks later he dropped out of high school and another two weeks after that, his mother was caught in a Hyper Psychosis attack in Peru, killed by a rogue Hype before a certain herculean bounty hunter could put an end to the Hyper-Psycho's rampage.

Sole child of the company with no business skills, no education and no ambition, Axel did the rational thing for any 18 year old high school dropout and sold the company. He traveled the world, met a girl and fell in love. He flew her to the top of Mount Everest, where he proposed. A few weeks later they were married in Vegas. Of course, good things never last and sooner or later the "useless piece of shit" as he had called him for most of his life would come walking back into Axel's life. Viktor needed Axels help. It was about their family and his aunt, Vanessa's memory. Their little adventure together left them with a truce a shaky foundation to build a relationship on, and Viktor told Axel that if he wanted to, he would always be welcome at PRCU. At 21, Axel wasn't ready.

At 23, freshly divorced and dodging four arrest warrants for illegal use of Hyperhuman abilities, he's looking a little more ready. [INDENT]Axels powers provides him a innate and passively generated forcefield around him. The field is entirely driven by intuition and behaves the same as a muscle. The field is composed of heavily compressed HZE particles that essentially carry his body. The field acts like a second skin, providing him with enhanced durability and even able to perform feats that can be mistaken for super strength. 

The greatest application of Axels' power is his ability to fly unassisted as the field simply lifts him up and essentially carries his entire body.[/indent]

Axel himself snuggled, would soon open his eyes as he felt the cold draft from the window under him. Opening his eyes slightly, he would grumble and turn over, folding his blanked around him and falling back asleep.  [/indent]
