[@Conscripts]: Looks pretty good to me! Only thing is people from Ithillin are known as Ithillane, but obviously that's not a big deal and is an easy fix.

This isn't a [i]requirement[/i], but since he's an elf I'd considered letting him incorporate some magic into his archery. Maybe he can surround arrows in compressed air via a single-action spell or something similar? Again, not a requirement, just a suggestion!
