I got [b]Guiding Lights[/b] also. Inspired a pretty cool visual. Also the structure, the writer's flowery style and the subject matter all seemed to blend seamlessly. Quality stuff. So that's my vote. As for the others: 10 steps was a lot of fun. Good use of the number 10, quite visual too once you realise the ride you're on. A bit of rhyming too to add to that tresure map/riddle feel. Twist at the end lol Good stuff. What lead me here is warm and fuzzy. Feels real. Feels honest, which stands it apart from the others. I also like the mention of family which gives more of an idea of how the whole thing is supposed to be taken. Some nice flowing words near the end (ensued, pursued, my mind - anew) This one almost won my vote, but Guiding Lights barely edged it out. Great effort.
