Needing more Lunar/Celestial energy to function properly, as most spells will misbehave during this phase of the moon due to not having enough energy harvested for them to properly work. [b]Waxing Crescent:[/b] As the Lunar/Celestial energy grows stronger, so does the Witch with this phase of the moon. The sparks of power are more frequent, and more visible than those under the influence of a New Moon. Magic mainly obeys the Witch casting it, but on occasion harder or complicated magic will fail.
