Elias stands steady around 6' even with a lithe build and confident stance. Shaggy dark red hair and dark red eyes stand out against paler skin. A scar from early training crosses one of his eyes, but he doesn't notice it much anymore. If he can get away with wearing comfortable clothes he will, but otherwise he does keep his uniform looking nice, until the end of the day at least.

When in classes or training Elias has a strict no nonsense type disposition. He understands the necessity of following orders and playing things right in order to protect the well being of the team and make sure that the mission goes smoothly as his trainers have taught him over the years. There isn’t time for hesitation when lives or success is on the line, so snap judgements need to be made. Snap judgements aren't hard for Eli given he can be rather impulsive on the best of days, but he's trying to shape up on that front. At least, that's what he says.

Eli is always doing something or on the move, he can't stand being still for more than a moment even if it's just working his hands. Even when reading, he is usually wandering around which has lead to a number of collisions. If it isn't moving on foot it's tinkering with something in his hands to keep his active mind focused.

However, when he's off the hook for studying and training he is more than willing to let loose a little bit and have some fun. Eli has much of the work hard, play harder mentality. A naturally jovial personality, he likes to try and bring out the more fun side of his peers whether that be through finding what interests them or through force. The stark difference between the two sides of his personality can be somewhat jarring to those who don't know him all that well, which is something he finds rather amusing.

Becoming the heir to House Ravaleth was not something that particularly came as a surprise given that Elias is the first born of his siblings, the next being five years younger than him, and bears the house crest. This meant from a young age he was trained and raised with the fact in mind that he would one day be taking his father's place. He spent much of his time training with the Brotherhood knights and reveled in learning the art of combat. He didn't take so quickly to the statecraft part of things, but through his own readings has gotten a, slightly, better grasp on the ins and outs of at least his own country.

When he wasn't busy learning how to be a proper heir he spent his time outside running the forests that cover the west. Though sometimes he would slip away from training to explore anyway since his siblings were allowed to do so. It was worth getting in trouble to wader in the shade of the trees for as long as he could get away with it. His knowledge of the space often came in handy when his siblings would inevitably get lost playing one of their games.

As he got older he his overall want to be heir dwindled and he skirted lessons more and more often in favor of reading what he wanted, riding where he wanted, and playing with his siblings who had many less responsibilities. It took a number of years for the desire to come back, namely with the near death of his youngest brother after a bandit ambush in the woods. He had his training to thank for the fact it wasn't a far worse outcome and it relit the fire in him to train even harder. That training eventually leading to his enrollment at the Officer's Academy at his own insistence.
