The library is a pocket dimension hub area within Millburn. Being its own dimension, it isn't of the veil's influence and thus sorcerers are free to come, transform, and learn magic or learn about the world.
Its creator, Joseph Alistar, has stocked the expanse with various books. Some typical of what you'd find in a standard library; except there is a whole section on information on the supernatural. The forgotten history of the world, the nature of spirits, stuff about the veil and so on. As well as details on information on sorcerer's themselves, like mana burning and ritual magic. There is one forbidden book in this section called 'witches', which he seemed to keep separate under lock and key; located on a podium next to the aisle of books. If you ask him, he says you'll need his trust to read it for yourself. He values the spread of knowledge afterall!

The library itself is a massive, elaborate complex. Marbles walls and black tiled floors, various rooms including a recreational room, bedrooms, medical room, even a garden and training area. The 'sky' is a perpetual black with twinkling star-like blues hovering about it; most of the lighting are by blue and yellow torches and large candle-lit chandeliers.

The only downside is that while in there, sorcerer's aren't pulled into any firewall events and thus won't be able to assist.


The entrance to the library is located within an alleyway by 16th westford street, right next to the cafe there is  backdoor to an adjacent building, entering through the door reveal a narrow hallway and a second door. Any sorcerer or other supernaturally inclined entity that passes through here will enter the library, ordinary humans instead will just find an empty renovated interior.
