Well Perry guessed Mortis didn't want to call it there and go get a manicure as she unleashed another blast at Perry, sending her back again. Perry felt blood trickle down her forehead now. She would not be able to handle much more. Desperate times called for desperate measures. Perry checked to see if the security guard ghost was still around. To her surprise, he was. The guard looked at Mortis. Perry could tell he was weighing his options. He looked back at her. Barry quickly (or as quickly as he could) sprang into action. He pulled out what looked to be a taser and aimed it at Mortis as a black of shocking energy shot out. It hit Mortis and send the woman back. Good, how does it feel?!? Detective Ed also sprang into action, aiming for Mortis' heart. He missed though and managed to grab her arm, freezing it.

This was all well and good, but Perry wondered how the others were doing.
