[@BreakingReign] I know that you want no restrictions or boundaries, making this a pure sandbox, but I suggest at least finding a central location to focus on, be it a state, city, etc. That way you don't have character(s) and/or groups cut off from each other, stifling any interaction because no one can react to anyone.
