He at least seemed excited rather than mad. Andy leaned into her aunt's embrace. It was comforting. Something she had had precious little of for too long. Especially without Arthur around. Arthur was a comforting presence. Even if Andy felt like she had to protect him all the time. She missed him and hoped he was doing well. She ate her food quietly and looked at the map the boy had produced. She was not a great judge of maps. She couldn't guess much of the meanings of the marks on it, except simple things like trees and walls. The book map was much more helpful since it was an active map and helped them. It had led them here in a way. She ate her food quickly, which was a good thing. She huffed a little when she noticed the men entering. "Time to go. If you aren't done eating you are now." Of course it always happened when they were eating. "This way." She said, leaving the remains of her food on the table. No time for being nice when men with clubs were following you. And Niah had a nice fear of random groups like this since the incident that had turned Mads into a werewolf. That hadn't been their first group of werewolves. And without Nancy and her fantastic ability to just pop their heads...well Niah didn't like close combat with them. Niah led the way out of the building through the secondary exit and headed for the hotel on their slips. They'd check-in, hopefully, get a room that was semi-defensible, and get some much-needed sleep.
