That said this is gonna be a first for me here so I'm open to all criticism you guys might have. 

If there is also any issue with the character I'm open to change it

Name: Star

Pokemon Species: Eevee

Gender: Female

Appearance: Star's fur is mostly light-brown, with a cream-colored underbelly and a fluffy white collar around her neck. Her overall appearance is somewhat scruffy, she has a lot of fur and it is appearing matted and unkempt in places. On closer inspection, you can see that the fur around her left eye is discolored and patchy, with a noticeable scar running vertically across the eye. The eye itself appears to be cloudy and slightly smaller than the other eye, suggesting that the injury may have caused some permanent damage.

Star's body language may also be somewhat guarded or defensive, as if it has been through traumatic experiences and is wary of strangers or potential threats.

However, there is still a spark of resilience and determination in her right eye that shows that she managed to survive against the odds and still has alot of fighting spirit

Personality: Because of past experiences, she may be somewhat defensive around strangers but when Star gets to know someone, she is very friendly and kind, showing deep capacity for empathy and compassion. She has a strong sense of loyalty and protectiveness towards those she cares about.

Despite any scars she may carry, she is very energetic and lively, with a zest for life that is contagious. She loves exploring new places and trying new things, always eager to discover what the world has to offer.

Biography: Star was born as a very weak Eevee, but she was raised by a kind-hearted mother who would protect her from all the threats that the forest of Viridian could give to her weak child. But one day, Team Rocket hunters tried to hunt Star and her mother. Her mother stayed behind and told Star to run, which she did, running as fast as she could to the city of Viridian, where she hid herself. She waited, but her mother never came.

Star had to fend for herself in the harsh world of the slums of Viridian City. It was a rough environment, but she managed to survive with her determination, resorting to stealing food from people, which often ended badly for Star since she would get caught most of the time and beaten up.

Today, Star is a strong and resilient Pokémon with a fierce sense of independence and a deep compassion for others who are struggling.

She dreams of touching the stars of the Sky since she was a baby and that is why her name is Star
Also, she got her scar from getting beaten for stealing.
