Keeping with the mountain thing, Santoro is void of mountains due to the harsh winds/climate of the Santoro timeline. Continuing with this, there's no way to control which timeline you go between except for a rift. Rifts are the only real way to cross between timelines in a controlled, but catastrophic, manner. With this, Soul's point is: no,that would most likely not be possible unless in the case of a GM-opened Rift.
