[center]Within a rift between worlds known as the Dreamer’s Cross, there lies a laboratory where various subjects from across the various different universes are studied. While this often means that they stay at the lab, there have also been an influx of subjects that come from destroyed worlds as well. Having no way to return back to those worlds, they often stay at the lab where the scientists that work there study them daily however, there are also subjects that are created at the lab.

Oftentimes, these subjects are clones or artificial hybrids however, after the first few days of their creation, they are kept under close observation by the staff members who work at the lab which includes the staff and research assistants. However, after about a week after their creation, these experiments are allowed to interact with the other experiments unless a fight breaks out.

In terms of the lab itself, however, it is massive and has various different sectors that are each themed to a different archetype of experiments which include mechanical and artificial lifeforms, the undead, aquatic dwelling species, sky dwellers, cave dwellers, elves and the fey, and other different archetypes as well. Each experiment is also housed in separate rooms which are built specifically to attempt to recreate the environment for them although in addition to the different living spaces for experiments, there are testing rooms, a lobby, a courtyard, and a medbay as well (because SOME experiments are more aggressive than others).

As for the type of technology present in the lab, it’s almost exactly like our modern day technology albeit slightly more futuristic which seems to be a given constant for every piece of technology within the lab itself.[/center]
