Its precise nature varies by the activity: It might only be a cold bubble of drifting snowflakes when calmly casting a simple spell, but whip into a raging blizzard when emotions run high or a spell demands considerable effort. [indent]Lienna's affinity for magic has very much been shaped by the harsh environment she grew up in, and revolves mostly around cold, wind, and ice. While she would very much have preferred to take to something like fire, which she imagines would have been more useful in her frigid mountain home, she's managed to make her natural talent for all things icy work for her. Principally, she's developed a tolerance for cold significantly stronger than a mundane person, able to comfortably tolerate temperatures that would freeze anyone else to death. Creating (and dispelling) ice on command has also been helpful more than once in navigating rough terrain, but she is hindered somewhat by her lacklustre control. Her mentor commended her often for the sheer force of her spells, but at the same time, Lienna struggles to contain that power, and she often finds her magic going awry or "leaking" out of her when she least expects it.
