Thanks! I'm thinking that Boro could have some skills in fixing things, and some lowkey utility/scrying magic since he does stuff with collecting and studying magical books. Maybe skills like these would work:

Crafting - Repair
Crafting - Bookbinding
Shopkeeping
Haggling
Archive Knowledge ?
Research - Magical Items ?

Scrying Magic ?
Enchantment ? 
Limited Telekinesis ?

Also, would it be possible to have utility telekinesis magic? Or mage hands? Realizing that Boro doesn't appear to have arms in the picture I'm using haha. It would be cool if he could just make books float around him.

As for the "trapping stories" line, not entirely sure how that would work. On one hand, this could just be his way of saying "writing these stories" lol. Or he could have a literal spell that takes the "story energy" of a situation and traps it into a book to add to the library. Open to either option!
