She stood up and joined Madalyne. "What are they?" She asked. Horses didn't hiss. Also, the likelihood of normal horses in the Labyrinth felt basically impossible. She was no Posiden's kid so horses weren't her thing. She had Griffin. However, that was back at the camp. Part of her wished she had brought it along too. She looked over to Damon to see if he knew anything. If anyone did, it stood to reason he would. However, Mary was someone who Andy trusted a lot with information. Mary had spent most of the summer and year leading up to this quest teaching her everything she needed to know about being a demigod. But obviously, there were still some gaps in her knowledge. At least she could read now. She missed her cot, but she was not going to risk sleeping on a bed at this point. It'd be too comfy, and she wouldn't want to get up ever again. Just sink into it and pass out. The first night back at camp after a quest was always like that. Also, she hadn't stayed in hotels normally while on quests, especially on the one with Nancy. As Niah fell asleep, she decided she would see about getting an Iris message to Nancy and Mads and check in on them the next morning. She missed her friends. Jason and Stella were fine. But it wasn't the same. The hours on the train had been sent in near silence. But she remembered the train ride with Mads and Nancy. She had learned how to use the Mist on that trip. As she fell asleep, she dreamed of dragons, gold, and long stretches of road.
