[indent]Noah is according to her, straightforward, doesn't beat around the bush. Others would maybe describe her as rude, but she means well. She's not the best at expressing emotions, but expresses affection in other ways, mainly by taking care, and small acts of service. If she doesn't cuss you out, she doesn't love you. She has a tendency to keep busy, always, whether it be working, running, training or doing her studies to keep her scholarship. The only time she gets her head empty and relaxes is when she paints.[/indent]

[indent]Noah is mediocre. Average, middle class and never really stood out at anything. Her parents couldn't have any more children after her, so Noah got sufficient attention from her mother, in both the good ways and the bad. Still, she couldn't complain. When her father's company went bankrupt, things changed. He garnered a hyperfocus on young Noah, who until then, liked running for fun. Her father convinced her she was destined for greater things. Unable to find a job due to some.. questionable decisions with his company, his hyper-focus on Noah kept him busy. At first, Noah liked the attention from her father, who before that, was always busy working. But then, it began to take more extreme shapes. Signing her up to a team, signing her up for competitions, and waking her up to run. He changed her diet, pushed her to be good. Noah ran for fun, but it became running from her problems. Still, she didn't want to let her father down. She liked the winning, she liked being good at something. Besides, running was healthy. Noah was also a mediocre middle schooler, and when her father caught word of a scholarship to send Noah to a prestige school, he bit onto that dream like it was his lifebuoy. At the moment Noah found her true passion, painting, it was too late, and she didn't want to let her father down. 

Getting that scholarship made her father proud. So proud he threw a party. Noah finally felt some relief, hoping that she could talk to him about her other passions. Especially when moving into the housing at the school, she thought things might go better and she would be able to pursue other interests at well. 

But that was foolish thinking because still asks for her times, and her food regimen, and texts her detailed workout plans.

And all Noah wants to do is paint.

While she's on a scholarship, her family's financial status has dropped since the company issue, and Noah works quite some shifts at the diner with her best friend, who also works there. They met end of sophomore year, when he transferred, and they quickly became best friends, hanging out all over the summer, and even getting a matching tattoo together in one of Noah's rebel bursts.[/indent]

He doesn't treat her like a little girl, respects her and helps her branch outside of her strict upbringing and overbearing father. Noah often spends time with him and tries to set him up with every breathing girl. But, they can't just get past Noah's vetting. Seb was like a popular prize, a bad guy her father would have a heart attack over, a big fuck you to her parents. She crushed on him hard, but maybe not for the right reasons. As they dated, both of them realised that they vibed really well.. as friends, not as a couple. Now, she still hangs out with him regularly, as he's in Erik's circle.

He gave some small ones, being shy, but Noah would really like to have an art session with him. He told her that he wanted to get back on the track team, so they decided he would join her on runs now.

But Noah knows and respects the effort that goes into a sport like that, recognises it. He's one of the "bro's" together with her best friend, and ex, so she hangs out with him sometimes through them.

But when Daphne went on an unexpected tangent to break free from societal norms, Noah said to hell with it and suggested kissing. She was still reeling from her recent heartbreak and felt strongly the same about being expected things of by others. Daphne ignored her ever since.[/center][/hider]
