I'm going to wait a bit longer and let you guys post amongst yourselves before I post another DM post.
 
For the sake of Brevity on an update from me: I will say that 6 seconds have passed for Tasha's Hideous Laughter. For now, the Lornling can't do or say anything but laugh while under this spell.

EDIT: I forgot that the Lornling can roll to save again after each turn. 
After 6 seconds it rolled a [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/rolls/25239]11[/url], so it's still laughing.
