When Fanilly charged, wooden blade at the ready, so did Serenity. She was an arrow loosed, long strides digging deep into the dirt as she charged forth, and even when Fanilly sprung back, the lioness pursued regardless. If it was a matter of explosive speed, it was no contest. Serenity bore down upon her, not with sword, but with shield, prepared to simply slam Fanilly into the dirt with a ferocity akin to a cavalry charge. A shield, after all, was a weapon too. And if a swordsman could not work around that, what good were they?
