Edit: For example if they are assigned to deliver prisoners to the NCRCF labor camp. How will they deal with this? If they are given orders to take supplies from a town, how will they chose to carry out these orders.

You will never be forced to do anything you don’t want to do/is against your characters beliefs. But since they are part of a military and are in a hostile environment there can be consequences to their choices.

Perfect, actually. I need practice in taking negative consequences to my OCs' actions, anyway...
