[@Coltshan] Do you have any examples of the power ceiling in mind? Like, what would top-tier human beings in the setting be able to accomplish? Would they be able to use Qi/magic for things like elemental manipulation and such? And since Monsters and Beasts are mentioned, does this refer to supernatural/demonic/etc creatures?
