Would be nice to have an archive system so such that dead forums don't clog the homepage but they are still easily viewable. https://github.com/danneu/guild/issues/206

I also removed all Arena ranking UI since that system is long dead. I have no clue how much anyone cared or didn't care about that system, so I've kept the rank/point data just in case, for now.
