Jeremy's heart started beating rapidly as the girl slung her arm around his back, and then it lurched for an entirely different reason. He couldn't help but cry out in surprise as a numbing sensation entering his body. It felt cold, and he thought he felt something getting sucked out. His knees abruptly gave way and he fell on the floor with a thud. Truly, her power was terrifying, to drain the power from his legs without even touching them. It certainly had nothing to do with the close, intimate contact he was having with a girl. No sir. "I'm okay..." Jeremy muttered, grabbing a railing to get himself up. As soon as he tightened his grip on the metal, his arm was assaulted by pins and needles and he fell back down, scattering the cans he had kept in his pockets. Jeremy grimaced and picked them back up with his other hand, before slowly getting back up on his feet. His back was sore for some reason and his arm was numb, but at least the girl looked healthier. "N, no problem..." He said dispiritedly, in response to her gratitude. He hadn't expected such a sensation, but the girl was helped. Now the issue was whether he could get home on his own. Fortunately, it seemed the spell on his legs was only temporary so he shouldn't have much of a problem, even if he was weighed down by the half-dozen cans he'd accidentally aqcuired. Jeremy made to leave, but realised something and turned around. "So, um... I guess I'll see you around?" He asked the girl. How did cool people say goodbye to each other? [@Crowvette]
