Hey there! I'm looking for some new roleplays to start up and am currently craving historical settings and plots with a lot of drama, romance and possibly some fantasy as well. I write mostly M/M pairings, so that would be the preferred pairing option for me. I enjoy a plot-heavy story with plenty of character development and many plot-twists, but I am looking for someone who is also comfortable including sex to go with the plot. There are a few things I wish from my partner to make the roleplay more enjoyable: 1. Grammar, punctuation and spelling - I don't require 100% perfect English, and it isn't my native language either so there will be some mistakes, but it's much more pleasant to write with someone who I can at least understand what they're trying to say. 2. Mutual understanding that daily replies aren't necessary - I can't be online every day and I don't expect my partner to reply right away either. Sometimes it might take me 3-5 days to reply. I try to let my partners know if I'll be gone for longer than 5 days though. 3. Equal contribution to the story and it's progress - It's much nicer for both of us if we both contribute our ideas to the plot/world of the rp and keep the story moving forward in our replies instead of one of us only writing reactive posts. Sometimes it's good to write a reactive post so we can fully enjoy the scene going on instead of breezing through it at the speed of lightning, but when a scene comes to an end I think we'll both appreciate our partner knowing when to take the lead and move on to the next scene. 4. OOC chat - I don't require daily OOC talk if it's not hugely your thing, but I do like plotting ahead a bit and talking about what our characters are going to get up to. It helps keep me interested in the story and I feel more comfortable writing my replies when I at least somewhat know what's going to happen. We don't need to plan out every little interaction and detail, but some general plot line is appreciated. I also don't mind chatting OOC even when/if it takes one of us longer to reply to the actual rp, but that's not a requirement. 5. Communication - this is a huge thing for me that I wish my partners adhere to. If there's something you're not feeling in the rp, if I suggest something you're not into, if you want to take things in a different direction, if there's something you want to try out etc. I really hope you'll tell me and we can fix it. I'll do the same for you. 6. Sex - I only play sub/bottom characters when it comes to sex scenes. This doesn't mean my characters are the blushing maiden-in-distress types or cry at the drop of a hat, but I do not enjoy playing a dominant character when it comes to sex. I hope you'll respect this and honestly other than that I'm very open when it comes to kinks/settings/whatever you want to try out. SO! Anyway, with that out of the way, I think I'll list out some themes and settings I'd like to include in the roleplay and we'll see if you find anything that catches your eye. - Romance - Supernatural (shapeshifters, vampires, werewolves, merpeople, gods, angels/demons, whatever we can come up with) - Fantasy settings - Historical settings (favourites being medieval, ancient Rome, Renaissance, Victorian and Regency) !! Worth noting that I Do Not require or expect complete historical accuracy. I actually prefer historical fantasy settings so we'll have some creative freedom with it !! - Enemies to lovers trope - Forbidden love trope - Arranged marriage - Slow-burn romance and feelings developing over time (but not so slowly that we get bored <.<) - Love triangles - Drama and plot twists - ABO dynamics and/or mpreg (of course not a requirement, but something I'd be happy to include) The list goes on, but these are some of the themes and such that really are my bread and butter in a roleplay. If you feel like we'd be a good match for writing together, go on reading my plot ideas below! Or, if you have an idea of your own that you'd like to suggest, I'm open to that as well. I think before I write out my plot ideas though, I'll list some of the kinks that I'd like to include sex-wise as well. - Dom/sub dynamics - Size differences (YC being bigger/larger than MC) - Rough sex, biting, hair pulling etc. - Humiliation/degradation (of MC) - Crossdressing (of MC. Not a requirement, but I'd be very happy if you would be up for including it!) - Pet names (preferably cute, but embarrassing ones. Especially feminising ones are fun) - Feminisation - Orgasm control/denial - Spanking/discipline There's a lot more that we can discuss in PMs later, but just some favourites of mine and to give you some kind of a sense of what I'm looking for on that front. Either way, I'll now list some ideas that I've specifically been craving lately: MC = my character, YC = your character
(Regency/Victorian/Renaissance setting, involves heavy crossdressing) MC is the only son of a duke, but has never been in favour with his father who sees him as an unworthy son. MC's twin sister has always been their parents' pride and joy, beautiful, talented, well-mannered and desired by suitors already before she has even come out into society. This year will be the year she makes her debut and everyone expects her to be married by the end of the social season. However, a mere month before the social season starts, the family find out she's pregnant, by a servant no less - a scandal that could ruin their family. MC's parents send her to live out in the country with only a few servants to keep her company until the baby is born, but can't think of a way to explain her sudden absence during the season she was supposed to debut in. MC's parents come up with a ludicrous scheme; MC must pretend to be his sister for the social season. Smile, act pretty, keep suitors interested - but not enough to propose yet - and keep the status quo until MC's sister comes back for the next season to secure herself a husband. YC is a self-made man. Wealthy, but not titled. The good society looks down on him, but cannot afford to keep him from the events of the social season because of his wealth. He wants more, though. He wants a title, land, the respect of the upper society. This year is the year he's decided to get married. Any titled young lady will do, as long as they're above his status. And who better to set his sights on than the young, pretty daughter of a duke? Only a princess could top that. The daughter of a duke who, coincidentally, is not exactly fond of his only son. A duke who might decide the husband of his daughter deserves to inherit his title and lands more, to make her a duchess. YC is not above using blackmail or other dirty methods to get what he wants either, so when he discovers the humiliating secret the family is trying their best to hide, he believes he's got his future made for him. If YC marries MC, disguised as his sister, there is nothing the duke can do to stop him from getting that title in the end unless he wants YC to expose his family to horrible scandal. He did not expect to fall in love with the person he's effectively forcing to marry him, though.

(Medieval setting) MC is a general in the king's army. He's all the things that a proper knight should be; gallant, chivalrous, courageous and noble. YC is the leader of a fierce people to the north, people often feared and seen as savage killers. The war between the two countries has come to a precarious ceasefire while the king and YC negotiate for peace. YC demands for a noble lady to be sent to him as a token of their negotiated peace; everyone in MC's kingdom believes it is to sacrifice her in one of the brutally savage rituals they've heard of in tales and rumours. MC offers himself instead of an innocent lady to go. But when he gets to YC's lands, he finds out it was YC's intention to marry whoever would come to him, to strengthen the newly found bond between their countries.

(Ancient Rome) YC is a Roman commander sent to Britain as a punishment for a mistake he made. He doesn't know how long he's going to be forced to remain there, but he knows he'll do his very best to tame the wild people living in this rough country, a feat no one else has managed quite yet. Perhaps, if he proves himself, his career hasn't come to a complete standstill yet. It doesn't take long for YC to encounter the fierce resistance of the wildlings. He's wounded and escapes narrowly, but doesn't make it back to camp before collapsing. When he wakes up again, he's in a house - a cot, really - that is unfamiliar and smells of strange herbs. MC is not a fighter or a warrior. He's a healer, one who prefers to live a separate life from those living in the villages. He found YC collapsed in the woods and took him home, never one to leave an injured person behind, despite him being a Roman. An unlikely friendship forms between them and YC has to decide what to do with MC when he goes on his mission to conquer Britain. When he's eventually called back to Rome, YC finds he can't leave MC behind forever; a healer will be useful for his troops, too, and MC isn't given a choice on whether to come along or not. Now he needs to find a way to settle into the Roman way of life far away from home.

(Medieval/Renaissance setting) YC is a werewolf (or other were-creature/shapeshifter) whose pack has inhabited the lands they live on for generations. As the leader of the pack, he's responsible for keeping the peace with the human villagers and protecting the area from rival packs. One of these rival packs has expanded aggressively and begun to push onto their territory lately. YC's heard rumours they've started turning innocent humans without asking permission first, to force the newly turned creatures into their own pack. MC has just settled into the village not a month ago and one evening on his way home, he's attacked by the leader of YC's rival pack. He's bitten, just before YC gets there to chase his rival off. Now YC has a newly turned were-creature on his hands to worry about and MC has to get used to his new life, and try to fit in a tight-knit pack that hasn't had an outsider join them in many years. YC finds he feels particularly protective over the newcomer when the rival leader starts demanding he turn MC in to the other pack, since they're the ones who turned him. Eventually there might be no other option than to take MC as YC's mate to stop it from happening.
That's it for now, I'll add in more ideas as they come to me. I hope to hear from you (preferably by PM!) soon! :D
