I'm honestly the same way with Haleigh. I wasn't certain how to fit her into this story, since she isn't so much the "delinquent" part of things (criminal acts, for instance). But after talking to [@Zoldyck], I think I can probably fit her into the setting off the fact that Haleigh had unintentionally collapsed a hospital due to her powers. Perhaps you could do something with how Calli froze the town square, or whatever it was? Maybe the ice froze the road and people got into car crashes or something.
