[@CaptainManbeard] So I find the lore for this really interesting, being a take on DC I haven’t seen before. As such I would love to participate, already having several character ideas in my head.

Virgil Hawkins aka Static, sidekick to Black Lightning. Rather than using his Young Justice origin, I would be going with his classic origin of being gassed with an unknown chemical while avoiding a gang shootout. Initially operating alone out of Dakota City, the Justice League would insist on him being trained properly, being assigned to Black Lightning because of their similar powers. Static would be 17, having served as a hero for about a year.
Roy Harper aka Speedy (or Arsenal, I haven’t decided yet), sidekick to Green Arrow. This is a character I’ve played before but also having an interest in trying again. Roy would’ve been an archery expert, the best in the country for his age group, when he decided to force himself into being Green Arrow’s sidekick. However years of fighting crime caused Roy to spiral, experimenting with drugs and getting the teenage assassin Cheshire pregnant. Green Arrow is just about done with Roy’s crap, giving him one more chance. Roy would be 18, having been a hero for a few years and expecting his daughter’s birth within the month.
Raymond Terrill aka the Ray, sidekick to this father, the Golden Age Ray. Born the surprise son of an elderly man, Raymond would be told that he cannot be exposed to direct sunlight or he would die. So he lived sequestered in his home. That was until the super-villains known as the Fourth Reich attacked the Terrill family home. They were targeting former members of the Justice Society, revealing that Raymond’s father Langford was in fact the Ray. The younger Terrill would then be exposed to light, activating his meta-gene, allowing him to shoot bursts of light at the Neo-Nazis. After fighting them off, Terrill senior would come clean, about his past as the Ray and that he was trying to protect his son, by making him not know he has powers. While mad about this, Raymond Terrill would forgive it as long as his father trained him to become the next Ray. Raymond is about 16 currently and has a very little experience as a hero.
Natasha Irons aka Steel, sidekick to her uncle, the original Steel. Natasha is the niece of John Henry Irons, an inventor who took up the mantle of Steel during a brief period in which Superman was thought dead. Upon Superman’s return, Steel was ready to retire only for him to be approached about joining the Justice League. Natasha was aware of her uncle’s secret identity, and wanted to be just like him. So she ended up building her own power armor and went to fight crime. However, this wouldn’t go well as she needed to be rescued by her uncle. Seeing the determination in Natasha’s eyes, John Henry would take her under his wing, preparing her to be a hero. Natasha is 17 and has been working with her uncle as a second Steel for about a year now.

Let me know if any of those don’t make sense or won’t fit the setting. I would also love to hear from other people about which of the four characters is the most interesting or you would like to interact with.
