Alright. Also on weapons like plague bombs and such, if they are allowed they'd really only be deployed against particularly stubborn worlds. The ultimate goal is reclamation and ensuring a return to Federation control, and leaving a bunch of ruined, uninhabitable, and unusable worlds behind wouldn't really be conducive to that.

Other than that I don't think I have many questions besides what kinds of power sources are allowed. I know the dyson swarm angle isn't allowed, but given the fact there is gravitational technology, what about black hole generators? Or certain types of fusion reactors like cold fusion or [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Direct_Fusion_Drive]direct fusion drives?[/url]
