I've been roleplaying since, oh, '05 I think. Maybe a little earlier. I first started writing and designing RPGs around 2010, ran the convention circuit, snagged a few Irish national awards for my pre-written scenarios.
I much prefer to GM than play, and I compulsively add horror elements to everything. I do a lot of fantasy, modern horror, and sci-fantasy. I don't do actual sci-fi because I am aware I'm an idiot. 
I like high-impact, low wordcount - in my own posts at least - but go a little... overboard with worldbuilding. I've been told my style is intimidating but my standards are [i]my[/i] standards; as long as everyone is engaged and having fun, that's all we need and I take particular delight in introducing people to new stuff.
My other interests are writing, reading, poetry, videogames, cooking, psychology, sociology, social ecology, and history [i]and you had better believe that leaks into my RPs[/i].

Looking forward to meeting some new folks, maybe seeing familiar handles, ideally seeing people take the materiel I hand them to cool new places.
