As with the reasoning of the previous two... since I'll likely be asleep until the deadline, I'll go ahead and approve this now.

There's been some discrepancies with a potential new character, but as previously stated, it seems some pretty clear lines of delineation have been put forward (soil and stone), and with your own prior adjustment to avoid doubling up on powertypes already, I'm going to lock this bad boy in as-is and give it priority.
