[i][color=F745AA]"Under your custody?"[/color][/i] Phia's voice quivered as she echoed. [color=F745AA]"They have done nothing wrong, Ulyses. They were just looking for their family."[/color] Suddenly, the trees and everyone around her seemed to melt away and her surroundings transformed into a haunting scene of desolation. Ruins of a home surrounded her, with wood and debris scattered across the grass. Anguished screams pierced the air.  The canopy of large trees seemed to hide the night sky above. She wanted to move but she was crushed underneath something heavy. Fleeting images of bloodied bodies hijacked her view, and then menacing, black, clawed feet.

Confusion gripped her, unable to decipher the meaning behind these haunting images, and tears streamed down her cheeks unnoticed. With an expression and unwavering intensity unlike Phia, she swiftly positioned herself protectively in front of Viola and Cyrus, pointing her staff resolutely at Ulyses. In the depths of her mind, she struggled to comprehend her own actions.

In the back of her mind, she couldn't believe her actions. 

Ulyses was her family. [i]The village of Guarav was her family.[/i]

Why would she turn on them for strangers? 

But Phia could not stop herself. She felt with every fiber in her being that she could not let anyone take Viola and Cyrus away.
