Really? The way I read it, your points are all assigned for you at Rank E. Then you get 2 per level and 1 point/lvl for free in your element.

So at rank E she'd have
Bleed 1 point  (E)
Time Fracture 1 point  (E)
Honkai Sensing 1 point  (E)

Then going from E->D->C->B would give her 6 bonus points and raise Bleed to B for free. I invested the other 6 points. But if I'm wrong, of course I don't mind advancing an art by a grade. ^^
