I really just want to buy a piece of land somewhere close-ish to the ocean, and turn it into a sanctuary of sorts. 

I want a big ass garden that the whole community can eat out of, if they so chose. Food and water bowls stationed on the porch for all of the stray animals, and my yard will always be the one where the neighborhood kids can come to play. 

I just want to be the silly little old lady that takes care of her community.
