Quote: “Courage is not having the strength to go on; it is going on when you don't have the strength.”
Name: "Dolly"
Age: Created a few centuries ago. Activates at the start of the story. Pre-programmed with some basic knowledge. Gender: Ambiguous by design, does not have a biological gender. Appearance: Dolly stands tall at 6"2, with a slender build. They are comprised of a magical alloy that allows certain parts to bend and move in a more natural way. This material is largely around the joints, and the face. Otherwise they are plated with a more sturdy and rigid material alike in feel and look to porcelain, though it is much harder. They have big glassy green eyes, a pale complexion and resting expression one might call "hollow" or simply "sad." They have a head of buzzed short synthetic hair-fibres that are a pale pink in color. They are assembled in a manner similar to a ball joint doll, betraying any idea that they are not synthetic. Their perceived gender is purposefully ambiguous; long willowy limbs but hands and feet on the big side. Slim waist, wide shoulders, long neck, jaw line. They are suited in a ragged sheet like a cape, and that is all to start.
Personality: A little stilted, but curious and proactive. While it would be unfair to call them immature, there is a sort of childishness to them. Experimental and attentive, they tend to watch and mimic people a lot. Learning just who they are as they go. While they are open to most things other people tell them, they are also quite stubborn; sticking to a point they've decided to be confident on. They are not prone to whims of emotion, but instead of discovery. Most Prominent Virtue: Tenacity. Skills/Abilities: Loaded with an arsenal of magitech gadgets and weaponry. Much of this is currently inoperable, however Dolly will continue to learn and repair their functionality in time. They are a sponge for information, and are very attentive in general; noticing things others might not. Their non organic build means they are fairly sturdy, however they are made of materials meant to favor fluidity and flexibility. They are by no mean a juggernaut. What Dolly learns, they can put into practice with perfection again and again. However their ability to imagine and invent is currently lacking; coming up with their own solutions to a problem outside of their existing skillset would prove very difficult. In addition Dolly has a strange sense of self preservation, finding it more a nuisance than an instinct. Their values are still a little all over the place, and while they are tenacious to a fault, they are also somewhat apathetic. Weaknesses: As a near blank canvas, Dolly will need assistance in learning right from wrong, as well as what lines are okay to cross or not. They don't have many boundaries, and while they are loaded with some etiquette, they aren't what you would call sensitive. Physically Dolly is in a state of disrepair; a miracle that they can even move. Many of their functions including basic movement are not at full capacity. It will take time to clean, repair, understand and fix all the parts of them they need to be back at full potency.
Goals(besides saving the world): Dolly has very few memories pre-loaded onto their synthetic mind. One is of one of their creators telling them they should go out and "wow the world". This has lead to Dolly searching for attention, and a tendency towards spectacle. Dolly wants to do something that would get a big reaction, and do it for a large audience. Fears: Dolly has little understanding of fear, however they have vague memories of the earth shaking, and being buried. They do not deal well with earthquakes or tight spaces.
What did you think about the dream: Dolly mistook the manifestation as one of their creators. In Dolly's eyes the dream was another pre-programmed memory. A command rather than request. Why do you want to save the world?: If Dolly were to have anything resembling a motivation to save the world, it would be a simple curiosity. They have yet to know the world, and would like to see all they can.
It feels a little lacking or sparse, but that's both a time thing the fact that they are essentially born at the start of the RP lmaoo. If anything needs to be changed/bulked up w/e just let me know and I'll get to it as soon as I can!
