[b]Tech Level:[/b] Helaman's Army (or simply Helarm, as some of tribals call it) has worked hard to maintain a standard of equipment comparable to veteran units of the NCR. The lack of an established nation forces it to rely on outside sources of weapons, but years of cooperation with the Gun Runners and a network of traders allow Helarm to regularly resupply. 

Much effort has been spent building up a base of knowledgeable mechanics, and Helarm has access to some scavenged vehicles.
