Mina's heart skipped a beat as Alexander's thumb stroked her hand. His touch sent a thrill through her, and she had to remind herself to maintain her composure. She met his gaze with an enigmatic smile, her eyes dancing with playful curiosity. His response about moving to Sorian and his reason for attending the party didn't go unnoticed by Mina. She raised an eyebrow, her lips curling into a knowing smile.
