So conceptually speaking, if one does not design their character with the intent of out-shining others, they should not lead to doing so.Part of the whole thing is the 'multiverse idea', unless this particular multi-verse is in the structure of 'one of everything, just in different universes', though with 'multiple similar but still different universes' alternative versions of individuals crop up, ugh, but then it gets into the whole branching time-lines stuff and it's just too early in the morning here for my brain to go into the level of cognitive function I need to hold together the omni-verse/home-stuck stuff
The Multiverse follows a sort of mix. It has multiple works-as-worlds like Kingdom Hearts, but those are more common to find than variant worlds. To give an example: Traverse Worlds, which are worlds that is just one basic setting and a mishmash of different works. To give an example, Traverse Town from Kingdom Hearts. There's also the "What ifs, should haves, and if onlys" of the Multiverse. To give an example, Basco in the plot of the RPG came from a "What-If" World of Gokaiger where he won. Anyways, to talk about how MLP-Worlds worked in this setting, there's no actual changing into ponies. The only time someone becomes a pony in that world is if they were to disguise themselves as one, or "Reboot" in Traveler terms. I do agree that the magic could change them into ponies, since stories focused on something like that happening, and even having an official movie where the opposite happens, but for this universe, that doesn't work. While I appreciate your ideals of presenting ways of having characters that would on other days seem overpowered being compatible with the normal characters, I do have to agree with Lost Cause in saying that the characters might possibly not be able to fit in this setting. My apologies.
Is there anything else that needs explaining or fixing? Or is the profile a definite no regardless of what I do?
That's what I'm trying to think. There's probably one thing I'm thinking of that could be a problem, and that's that Scorn might come off as just a mindless rage monster. I do appreciate the edit you've made.
I'm pretty sure the RP is still open and receptive to players unless the numbers get extreme. Um, but, um, I'm not the GM that's just what I'm pretty sure is the case.
Essentially that except for the extreme numbers stuff. It will close after major action begins to prevent new characters from arriving in the heat of battle, though once it cools down, there's a chance they will reopen.
I did some research, and in order for the character I want to use, to cooperate with the rules of this RP, I need to fabricate a spell for them to travel through the worlds. His goal and personality should be easy to make if I use multiple theories, amd some of the lnowlesge given in the game.
Well, if you want to make him a Traveler prior to the RPG, yeah. Otherwise, there'll be a teleportation in the RPG where people who haven't yet gotten to Museum Island will go done by an NPC's magic spell. There is also two generic ways of transportation. There's the Multiversal Positioning Systems, which are essentially GPSes, but instead of telling you where to go, it just zaps you to where you need to go. Then there's ships constructed with the Bifrost Drivers. These engines essentially create a wormhole/black hole for the ship to warp through. There's also a strange phenomenon called Dimensional Auroras, where a grayish wall appears like a curtain and passes through, taking anyone caught in it to another world. Similar occurrences happened with things like portals that looked like open zippers and corridors made of pure darkness. --- Alright, onto the application for Zolda: Hm... His profile checks out for the most part. Unless I think of any reasons why he's not acceptable later on, I consider him accepted. And I forgot Roc in there as well. She's accepted.
