My only note is that as of the start of the RP, everyone is still a Cadet, just on their 'final exam' of sorts, in the form of an extended field exercise where you're serving on a real Starfleet vessel with a real captain and enlisted crew, and you all acting in the role of senior officers. Fix that up and Londo's good to go as our Chief Medical Officer
