I'm heavily interested in character-driven plots, but I have not played Dead Space or Back 4 Blood. I will look these two up, but do you have other media examples to explain what type of zombies you are referring to? From the looks of it, Back 4 Blood is very similar to I am Legend. Or at least, this is what I first thought of. These two also seem similar to some of the zombie types from the Resident Evil Operation Alice series.

I do get that you want fast paced zombies. I just want to be sure, before moving forward.
