He boasts a standard orange complexion, silver eyes hidden under standard issue goggles, and an unassuming rebreathing oxygen mask. He stands at roughly 1.4 meters, on the shorter end for a mature Kel Dor. He rarely ever wears jewelry, and prefers to wear standard Jedi robes made in the traditions of the Jedi Order of the Old Republic. He refuses to wear the "battle" variants often sported during the Clone Wars, instead intending to wear the basic robes and tunics to reflect his self-perception as a teacher and diplomat. However, Ro Nuul does wear his electrum-plated lightsaber, the same one he crafted decades ago following a visit to Illum with the Jedi Order, proudly on his hip. It is the only "accessory" he usually sports, wearing it even with more lavish outfits to openly broadcast his association with the Jedi of old. Ro Nuul has begun to gain weight in recent years, spurred on from his constant attendance at galas and banquets among the high and mighty. He is a far cry from the skeletal, sickly looking Jedi he was at the fall of the Republic.
{Equipment and Personal Belongings}

Single-Bladed, Electrum-Plated lightsaber that is polished and prominently hung upon Ro Nuul's belt at all times.
A single gunner operated light ion cannon
Houses a crew of four (1 pilot, 1 engineer, 1 Security Officer, 1 Navigator) consisting of Clone veterans.
Ro Nuul also purchased a TC-series Protocol Droid (TC-27) with an upgraded TransLang III communications module, capable of translating around seven million forms of communication.
{Physical Abilities}
Diplomacy: Ro Nuul has carefully cultivated a personal style of interacting with various heads of state, fellow diplomats, or even local warlords. Ro Nuul often does considerable preparation work before any planned meeting: he learns the local customs of who he is meeting with, personal likes and dislikes, local delicacies, some of the native language, etc. He takes the time and effort to try and engage others on their terms, and treats them with respect. However, Ro Nuul does his best not to obfuscate too significantly his intentions. If he is there to ask for money or encourage a policy decision, he is upfront about those intentions. His personal ideals and refusal to use intimidation or pressure as a tactic makes him less effective when dealing with more adversarial forces, but his attention to personal detail and genuine care for all he speaks to has gained him unlikely friends and allies over the years. I am One with the Force: Ro Nuul is exceptionally gifted with the force, which has been honed with years of training and meditation. It is his greatest gift, and closest ally. Ro Nuul has achieved a comfortability with the force that makes it second nature to reach out through the force to do anything simple from fetching himself a mug or find a lost pen. Lightsaber Proficiency: Ro Nuul is proficient in the use of a lightsaber from his time in the Jedi Order of the Republic, and this training was expanded when the Republic was thrust into war. Ro Nuul was trained in Form I (Shii-Cho), III (Soresu), and VI (Niman). Ro Nuul most often switches between Soresu and Niman, depending on his needs. Soresu is a guarded form, and served Ro Nuul well in deflecting hails of blaster fire during the Clone Wars. Even now, it most closesly matches Ro Nuul's philosophy of prioritizing protection and defense over violence from a personal standpoint. Niman is occasionally used due to its prevalence in mixing lightsaber combat with the use of the force, which plays into Ro Nuul's strengths as a force user. Piloting: Ro Nuul was trained in the operation of several types of starship, including starfighters, freighters, cruisers, and yachts. Ro Nuul has piloted a number of starships during the Clone Wars, and has since flown both his Jedi Starfighter and his modified Consular-Class Cruiser. He is no Anakin Skywalker, but his attunement in the force makes him a more responsive pilot in combat... when it comes down to that.
{Force Abilities}
Cleanse Mind Comprehend Speech Force Barrier Force Deflection Force Empathy Force Jump Force Healing Force Sense Force Valor Mind Trick Telekinesis
{Limitations}
Rusty with a Blade: Ro Nuul has not seriously fought with a lightsaber since Operation Stormcaller. He does occasionally spar with members of the Council of Swords, but has found himself falling farther and farther behind his fellow Jedi in terms of combat skill. Dangerous Laisons: Ro Nuul's connections and resources are deeply linked to the Free Horizons Fund. If a proper investigation were to be had into the Foundation, it would be shut down and discredited in a heartbeat. Though, depending on the leniency of the Mandalorian government and the Jedi Enclaves, Ro Nuul would perhaps pay a far greater price. Conditional Pacifist: Following the Treaty of Alsakan and the Great Jedi Schism, Ro Nuul has taken a personal vow of Conditional Pacifism: he will not engage in intentional violence, and will only ignite his Saber in the defense of another or himself directly. Atmospheric Differences, Fragile Bones: Ro Nuul suffers from 2 significant limitations due to his genetics: Oxygen is poison for him, and he has a weaker bone structure due to a genetic mutation. The former is a trait shared by all Kel Dor, which they are able to circumvent through breathing masks and goggles. If these are damaged, Ro Nuul would be severely weakened and may die if unable to remedy the situation quickly. The latter of these two weaknesses is a result of personal lineage and happenstance. While Ro Nuul suffers no adverse effects yet, especially given his strong natural attunement to the force, it does leave him physically weaker and less durable than most Jedi of his age should he find himself in significant physical harm.

{Personality}
Ro Nuul attempts to personify the ideals of the Jedi Order in the way that he carries himself. He has taken on a more monastic lifestyle in recent years, and has made a vow of conditional nonviolence: he will not raise his lightsaber to kill a sentient and sapient life-form, and will only use his lightsaber to defend himself or others while inflicting as little harm as possible. In his mind, it is his way of putting to rest forever is status as a soldier from the Clone Wars to live the true ideals of a Jedi: a beacon of peace and harmony in a galaxy full of chaos and death. Even in spite of everything he has seen and experienced, the Jedi Master is often stoic in the face of disaster and destruction. Even when overwhelmed with emotion during Knightfall, he quickly let the emotions pass by him and never dwells on them too hard. Mixed with his deep voice, he projects a soothing atmosphere to those he engages in deep conversation. Even on the battlefield, Ro Nuul was not one to shout out of harshness. When he speaks, his intent is always to inspire in some way. That is not to say that he does not have a tendency to be wordy. Ro Nuul comes from a long lineage of teachers and instructors, and regrets never having the time nor opportunity to take on a Padawan himself. He has instead made himself available at the Jedi Enclaves to help teach basic lessons to Jedi Younglings and newcomers to the Enclaves whenever he is at the Citadel. He has been known to host impromptu meditations and small "seminars" with fellow Jedi and visitors of the Citadel on the grounds as weather permits, engaging with his peers on a number of academic and philosophical concepts. At his heart, Ro Nuul takes deep joy in learning more about the Galaxy and what binds everything together. He is as much a student and thoughtful listener as he is a master and effective instructor. Of course, Ro Nuul is not without his own weaknesses. As much as he has developed a reputation for being honest and open in his communication... his current association with the Free Horizons Fund has placed him on a far more precarious path than he would expect. His position within the Council of Unity has filled him with doubts and confusion on what unity and peace looks like. Can there be peace with Grevious still on the loose? What cost is too high to free subjugated peoples? Ro Nuul's withdrawal from formal diplomatic duties has been an attempt to distance and isolate himself from his peers in the Enclaves, despite the stoic mask he wears whenever he is home. After all, for Ro Nuul, nothing is more important than for individual autonomy to be maintained in the galaxy to the greatest extent possible. It is his one attachment, the one ideal he refuses to let go of in the face of everything else. So far, it has led him to fund intergalactic terrorists and mercenaries from the shadows behind the backs of his own order and Republic. Ro Nuul, at times, does fear what he may become as a result of this attachment. But that fear, too, passes.
{Place of Origin}
Ro Nuul was born on the planet Dorin, but was quickly adopted into the Jedi Order as a youngling. He would more accurately call his home for most of his life Coruscant. At the current time, Ro Nuul has two permanent residences on Mandalore: a room at the Citadel he shares with other members of the Council of Unity, and a more lavish high-rise condominium in the heart of Keldabe City that mostly houses the Free Horizons staff and is used to entertain guests and foreign diplomats.
{Background}
Ro Nuul's earliest memories are incredibly similar to many of his brothers in the Jedi Order of old: he spent his entire conscious life training to become a Jedi and to serve the Republic. He always tested well, and embodied the basic teachings of serenity, harmony, and peace. Even from a young age, Ro Nuul had aspirations to serve in the Jedi Diplomat Corps. He had a passion for preventing conflict, even among his comrades. It was fitting, then, that Ro Nuul was selected to become the padawan of Jedi Master Tyro Zeverin, a member of the Jedi Diplomatic Corps, at the age of 10. In these early years, Ro Nuul began to experience the rumblings of the coming war. Between 25 and 22 BRS, Ro Nuul was involved in various talks with what would come to be known as "border worlds" in the coming Clone Wars. Tyro Zeverin was a master of making quick friends with leading foreign dignitaries, taking special care to respect regional cultures and customs and always bringing gifts or trinkets for those he spoke with. Tyro taught Ro early on his personal trick to making friends with people of all walks of life: frankness. Tyro was always upfront about what he came to speak about, rarely sugar coating his requests or desires. Of course, Tyro's successes were not particularly grand. He managed to prevent the succession of several worlds, but it all mattered little by the time the Clone Wars broke out. When the Clone Wars began, and Tyro Zeverin had learned of his own master's death in the Battle of Geonosis, the master and apprentice were thrust into the Clone Wars. At first, Ro Nuul had difficulty understanding the necessity for the Jedi to involve themselves so thoroughly in the war. But as he became more involved in the conflict, and saw the lengths to which Grevious and his forces were willing to go to subjugate or eradicate various worlds and cultures in the name of doing harm to the Republic. The purpose of the Jedi began to make more sense to Ro Nuul, as did the purpose of diplomacy. When Master Zeverin died on a diplomatic mission to the Planet Ryloth, his final words were to remind his padawan that vengeance for his death would help no one: their mission was always to defend, never to destroy. Those words have stuck with Ro Nuul all these years later... though latter events would twist his view of them. Ro Nuul was, conveniently enough, on Mandalore when Knightfall took place. He was part of a delegation sent by the Galactic Republic senate, spearheaded by Nouanese senator and aristocrat Willha Altoola. He was chosen as one of the ambassadors of the Jedi, seeing as he was recently promoted to the rank of Jedi Knight and was known for having taken after Master Zeverin as a beacon of "honest" diplomacy. He was more meant to stand in the background, look battle-scarred and strong, and not make too much of a scene. Ro Nuul excused himself as the reports flood in, and felt incredible loss and destruction ripple through the force as his home was destroyed by the CIS. He was unable to do anything to help, his orders remaining to guard the delegation for the time. It wasn't until the GAR began to reassemble on Mandalore and develop counter-plans to secure what remains of the Republic that Ro Nuul volunteered to serve on the front lines. He joined in Operation Stormcaller, fighting alongside Jedi and Clones to save the Kaminoans. Ro Nuul was with the last regiment to leave the Kaminoan capital before it was destroyed and sent to the bottom of the ocean. The sight of the structural supports detonating from his view on the gunship haunts him from time to time in his dreams. More sentient lives needlessly destroyed by the CIS. And the truth is, if those clones on that gunship had not dragged Ro Nuul on-board... odds are he would be resting with the wreckage as well. He continued to fight alongside the fragmented GAR in Mandalorian space, though found a lot of the fight had left him after Stormcaller. With more freedom from a significantly weakened GAR and Jedi Order, Ro Nuul developed a closer friendship with some of the clones he fought with on Kamino and with Senator Willha Altoola. Ro Nuul was disappointed with the Treaty of Alsakan at first. He understood it's purpose to allow for the disparate Republic states to right their own ships, in a matter of speaking. However, it also meant allowing the CIS to control half the galaxy with very little to challenge them. Sure, the rising Renkar Imperium certainly would wage their own conflicts against the CIS, but even this was little more than border disputes it seemed. Ro acknowledged that the war had shifted, and was pleased to no longer have to serve as a military officer and soldier. As the Jedi Enclaves were being formed, and Ro Nuul lived among the people of Mandalore, he renewed his dedication to protecting the sovereignty of sentient life. He was present and watched as the cracks in the Jedi Order formally shattered, and quickly found himself recruited into the Council of Unity as a Jedi Master and diplomat for the Jedi Enclaves, and by extension the Republic of Mandalore. He found himself meeting frequently with Alsakani representatives, attending an imperial wedding, meeting with the Wookies and Trandoshans to pledge Jedi support for the Kashyyk-Trandosha Exclusion zone, and was even part of the Mandalorian delegation that ratified the re-synchronization of the Galactic Calendar. While more prominent figures in the Jedi Order (such as Masters Plo Koon and Obi-Wan Kenobi) stood center stage as the galaxy shifted, Ro Nuul began to find himself increasingly in the background and periphery of major events. Though, Ro Nuul was not content with doing nothing as a decade and a half had passed since the Treaty of Alsakan. He had made connections with wealthy aristocrats from both the Alsakani Republic and the Republic of Mandalore who had a soft spot for war stories and the plight for those "less fortunate." Combined with being one of the early diplomats involved in the establishment of Independent Systems League's budding relationship with the Mandalorian Republic, Ro Nuul was able to piece together enough financial support to develop a new NGO (non-governmental organization) called the Free Horizons Refugee Development Fund with the help of former Senator Willha Artoola. Willha Altoola filled the Board of Directors with a few of her close allies, all aristocrats from the Inner and Mid Rim, while appointing the Jedi as Executive Director. The rest of the organization was mostly staffed by former Clone soldiers who survived Operation Stormcaller. With Free Horizons, Ro Nuul was able to obtain grants from rich benefactors that would go towards providing necessary equipment and supplies for the resettlement of displaced peoples across the galaxy. In particular, the fund would allow for those who sought to escape from the iron grip of the CIS... or any other oppressive factions that violated their individual sovereignty. For six years, Ro Nuul has been hard at work ensuring anyone who wishes to can live freely in Mandalorian or neutral space. Of course, rumors have circulated around the Free Horizons Fund since its inception. Ro Nuul's decision to hire former clone soldiers he fought with in the Clone Wars to help staff his administration, lack of full transparency on spending, and semi-frequent "humanitarian missions" into CIS space have certainly placed the Jedi in a difficult political spot. Only the Board of Directors are aware of Ro Nuul's dealings with CIS rebel cells and anti-CIS mercenaries, with all other donors unaware of what exactly they have been roped into funding. While the war formally ended decades ago, Ro Nuul knows that the war has simply changed. He is gambling with the money of the rich and powerful to slowly begin dismantling the CIS one world at a time despite the tentative peace present. As much as Ro Nuul wishes he could resign himself to a quiet life of true pacifism and meditation, he has instead chosen to do as he has always done: promote the sovereignty of the oppressed, no matter the personal cost. He knows that his time continuing the Clone Wars in backrooms and through paychecks is limited: it will either end with him in a prison cell, or when the war reignites once again in earnest.

Mandalorian Clone Commando 2nd Lieutenant MCT-07-2728 "Crossfire" Fett
{Full Name}
MCT-07-2728 "Crossfire" Fett
{Age}
15 (Biologically 25)
{Species}
Human Clone (Fett Lineage)
{Gender}
Male

{Force Sensitive/Alignment}
No
{Appearance}
Crossfire stands at about 1.83 meters tall, and weighs about 84 kilograms. Underneath his armor, he has tan skin and brown eyes. His hair is a dark brown, but he typically keeps it shaved to a very light stubble. He sports a large scar across the top of his head, the result of a nasty fall on Wayland that nearly split his skull open. His armor is remarkably pristine, a gift for graduation from the Commando program. It sports a light blue paint job, with white accents (an homage, and intentional reversal, of Jango Fett's armor coloration). To commemorate Crossfire's position in Mynock squad, his helmet is colored with a rough scar-like iconography of a winged mynock. To further accessorize the armor, and distinguish his role as a 2nd Lieutenant, Crossfire painted two scar-like lines across the breastplate. Crossfire is almost always seen sporting his armor and weaponry, and carries himself in a rather stiff and upright position at all times.
{Equipment and Personal Belongings}
Crossfire, to serve his duties as a Clone Commando, has a Kom'rk-Class Starfighter Transport requisitioned for his use while on assignment. Half of the passenger space has been removed and replaced with a workstation to repair/restock his armor and to allow space for a Unidcur-class jumpspeeder, which Crossfire typically uses for transportation planet-side on Mandalore. Crossfire has also been requisitioned the following personal arms and weapons:

2 DC-17s Side Arm Blasters
A DC-17M Interchangeable Weapons System (With a Blaster Rifle and Sniper Rifle Configuration setting)
The following gear is hard-integrated into his Beskar Commando armor, or is otherwise always on hand for use:

Magnetic Boots
Whipcord (Right Gauntlet)
Vibroblade Punch Dagger (Right Gauntlet)
Laser Cutter (Left Gauntlet)
Jetpack
Ascension Cable (Mounted to the DC-17m)
Long-Range Commlink (Helmet-integrated)
Holoprojector (Stored on belt)
Crossfire is also able to make use of the following ordinance, though in a limited quantity:

5 electrodarts (Right Gauntlet)
1 anti-vehicle homing rocket (Jetpack)
3 "Droid Poppers"
3 Fragmentation Grenades
2 Detonation Packs

Shield Projector (Left Gauntlet)
Flamethrower with limited fuel tank (Left Gauntlet)
1 Thermal Detonator
Whistling Birds, 1 use against a number of close range targets (Right Gauntlet)

{Physical Abilities}
Army of One: Clone Commandos are trained to serve in the toughest environments and survive on their own, with no promise of backup, support, or rescue. As a result, Crossfire is trained to deal with large swathes of enemies single-handedly. He is highly trained in the use of all of his equipment, specifically: blasters, punch daggers, personal shields, explosives, and jetpacks. He knows how to use his equipment in the efficiently, understands what part of his armor are highly resistant to blaster fire and lightsabers, and knows how to vary his tactics in urban and wilderness environments. He is perhaps more proficient at ground combat than your typical Mandalorian, but still has a lot to learn when it comes to the art of dueling and dealing with singular, overwhelmingly strong foes. Starship Piloting: Crossfire has been trained in the art of piloting starships, especially the highly-maneuverable Fang Starfighter. He isn't top of his class in flight training, but is more proficient than your average TIE pilot or Droid starfighter. He can hold his own in a dogfight. Technically Proficient: All Clone Commandos receive basic technical training. Part of their education is in basic starship maintenance and repair and how to do repair and restocking of his armor components. This also extends to basic knowledge of how to reboot and use all manners of communication equipment to transmit messages back to their superiors. Explosives and sabotage training has also aided the Clones in knowing how to arm/disarm various explosives, and which wires to cut at a door's junction box to get it to open. However, in these later cases, Clone Commandos always operate under one basic trick: if what you are doing doesn't work, try shooting it. No living clone has complained about this tactic thus far.
{Limitations}
Ammunition: About half of Crossfire's equipment suffers from a significant drawback: He only has so much of it available to use on each mission. Until he is properly resupplied, or manages to salvage a work-around, Crossfire is only able to use his most powerful equipment a handful of times each assignment. He has to keep careful track of his equipment to make sure he doesn't run out, and hope the Army replenishes his supplies when he's back home safe and sound. Heavy Ordinance: The downside to being the equivalent of a walking tank is that Crossfire has the subtlety and mobility of one as well. He is not fast enough to keep up with more agile combatants, cannot move incredibly fast across a battlefield, and is as proficient in sneaking around as a Reek in a dish store. Another Happy Landing: While Crossfire does have a respect for his personal weapons and armor... he is a man born to destroy. He has crashed several small transports, done irreparable damage to the structural support of several training facilities, and has blown himself up with liberal use of explosives about four times on record. If you loan Crossfire something, the odds it will be returned in one piece are minimal. Force Susceptible: Like many clones and standard soldiers, Crossfire is susceptible to Jedi mind tricks and other force abilities, and has very little resistance or training in dealing with most force powers.

{Personality}
There's an old Clone saying: Good soldiers follow orders. For Crossfire, that is a personal motto. While not as dogmatic as some clones are for following all protocols, Crossfire is good at following a simple set of instructions and seeing them through in the most efficient means possible. He is an attack dog of sorts, and has been known to throw himself into harm's way to do as he is told. This reckless disregard has a few root causes. The first is his belief in the Mandalorian Republic and its cause. He has seen and experienced the warmth, welcome, and respect of the culture he has found himself in. The second is in his trust in his brothers: clones have each other's backs, no matter what. Hearing stories of his predecessors in the old war, and knowing the cost and sacrifice that led to his very existence means Crossfire has incredible faith in those he has trained alongside no matter what. The third reason is perhaps the most morbid: at the end of the day, he is expendable. He is not as expendable as the cheap droids the CIS has deployed, but he does see himself as replaceable by the next generation of clone soldiers should he fail to return home alive. This all being said, Crossfire is not a soulless killing machine. He is not on the same caliber as some of his more chatty and comedic brothers, but he is still bound by the same gallows humor that has plagued all clones since the dawn of the Clone Wars. He takes pleasure in the thrill of combat, and has a deep respect for his predecessors and his brothers (both clone soldiers and any serving in the Mandalorian Banners). When interacting in the Galaxy at Large, Crossfire tends to keep things rather professional and curt. He isn't one to wax philosophical about the nature of the universe, but will often humor and listen to the ramblings of others. The only topics that Crossfire seems to be truly engaged in regard warfare and weapons. It has been said that weapons are part of a Mandalorian's religion: for Crossfire, this is true. He has a ritual of carefully cleaning and inspecting his weapons and gear daily, and his morning routine of putting on his armor is almost meditative and slow.
{Place of Origin}
Mandalore - He was created and raised there. With the exception of off-world training, he has lived most of his life on Mandalore.
{Background}
MCT-07-2728 was created as part of the seventh batch of new clones following Operation Stormcaller. He was trained and raised in the custom of his forebears, accelerated through his earliest years and run through a rapid education system. For the first eight years of his life, MCT-07-2728 was taught the basics of astronavigation, military tactics, Republic and Mandalorian history, and the basic and Mando'a languages. After about 8 years of academic and cultural instruction, MCT-07-2728 was put through traditional cadet training. Even from this young age, it became clear that he was the kind of soldier who would rush into the thick of combat to clear an objective. After ending up getting knocked down and stunned from friendly fire due to rushing into enemy territory before his fireteam was ready, he quickly earned the nickname "Crossfire" as a playful jest. After his fifth failed simulation in a row for the same reason, Crossfire was singled out and spoken to by his training officer. When asked why he thought they were failing, his simple response was "My brothers can't keep up, sir." After a lot of grit and determination, and some compromises on Crossfire's side of things, his training squad was finally able to graduate as cadets and join the ranks of the Fett Clan as soldiers. However, for Crossfire, his training wasn't complete. On his graduation day, he was given a few offers: several of the Mandalorian banners wanted him... but in particular, some older members of the Fett Clan wanted to give Crossfire more specialized training. Crossfire weighed his options, and chose the latter of these options. He was individually trained under the "Mynock Squadron," an independent outfit of the Fett Clan founded by surviving Clone Commandoes from the Grand Army of the Republic. Here, Crossfire trained brutally for 3 years as a lone soldier. He crawled his way through the mud avoiding live artillery fire in the jungles of Dxun, fought through a simulated droid ambush on Taris, and free-climb the mountains of Wayland while getting buzzed by an LAAT. He survived all 3 years of training, and came out on the other end a true commando. For the past 2 years, Crossfire has yet to see any actual combat. Some of the older members of Mynock Squadron have been selected and hired to perform highly stressful jobs, and they reassure Crossfire that one day his number will be called. In the meantime, Crossfire has been rotating guard-duty at various high-traffic and high-value locations in Keldabe. With the coming festivities and influx of foreign dignitaries in recent weeks, Crossfire has been serving long shifts keeping an eye and making sure things stay peaceful... or as peaceful as Mandalorian festivities can be. With so many important factions and individuals coming together on Mandalore... Crossfire's number is bound to be call, and he is more than ready to answer it.
