There's a limited degree of control of the exits of the labyrinth too, so if they person is focusing and well-rested they can find the exit they're looking for quickly, but the worse the person is or the less they're concentrating, the longer it takes to find where they're trying to go. The person can either spool the labyrinth out of themselves and slowly project it across their surroundings until it takes over and subsumes anyone who's in the area, or go into themselves and disappear into the labyrinth completely, reappearing where they come out. The labyrinth is, at any point, a reflection of the person's mental state, presenting as serenely or nightmarishly as the person is at the time. The person can, with effort, trap people within their labyrinth by either inviting them in and refusing an exit, or unspooling the labyrinth into their surroundings until it subsumes them and whoever else completely, and then collapsing the labyrinth with their victim within it, and again refusing to manifest an exit.[/hider]
