Planets spin, seasons change, water flows down mountains to the sea, only to be carried back up as rain, oxygen is bound and unbound from carbon, the gazelle eats the grass and then its body rots and acts as fertilizer, an eye for an eye leaves generations blind, what was hip 40 years ago is hip again, history repeats, people form habits, civilisations rise and fall, even the universe will end and be reborn one day. Life, death, rebirth. Destruction and creation. All that is has already been and shall be once more The power of cycles is both wide and rather narrow, for she can initiate innumerable things, but only if they are things that will occur again and again and again. Creating a pillar of flame is beyond her area of expertise, but causing one to burst from the ground at a certain spot every day at noon is, for example. Living things are rather notably all cycles, as long as they breed and die. As is, or would be, a system of reincarnation.

Wheels are a means of conveyance, used to facilitate ease of transportation. This gives her dominion over all wheels, wheel-like objects, and things with wheels. On top of carts, cars, and such, this can also include water wheels, grind stones, paddle wheels, cogwheels, pillbugs and other rolling creatures, pizza cutters, saw blades, fly wheels etc. etc. allowing for a fair bit of niche diversity.

Asheel is most often seen in one of three forms, the Maiden, the Mother or the Crone, 3 points on the wheel of mortal life. More rarely she takes the form of the wheel itself, granting a glimpse behind the curtains at the cold uncaring cogs and gears that keep reality spinning.
Description
Asheel’s personality very much depends on the form she is in. As the Maiden she is full of youthful energy, daring, cheek, and reckless disregard for consequences. She is the mold breaker, creator of new cycles, no matter how short lived. The Mother is equal parts nurturing and controlling, ensuring cycles keep spinning as intended, be it by gentle guidance or a stern hand. The Crone is at once full of patience and wisdom, and at the same time full of rye wit and sick of your shit. She is the end, the breaker of cycles, clearing space so that new ones can form. The wheel is distant, indifferent, caring only about balance, about flow, the big picture, and not a whit about the individual moving components. While this already makes her somewhat difficult to comprehend, Asheel often adds to the confusion by switching between these forms in the midst of conversations with little rhyme or reason, which can make her motives and desires difficult to pin down. If you really boil it down however, when she is not dedicating herself to the work of cycles themselves, Asheel knows that everything that is already has been, and will be again, so why not just enjoy the moment? She also dislikes things that do not change at all, seeing immortal edifices as unseemly blots that should be torn down so that new things can sprout in their wake. Not forgotten, mind, but all things must end so that they can start anew, to grow and bloom and surpass what they were before.
