Mechanic and pilot - Cel has her own ship, not a big one but a Nu-class shuttle. She has learned over the years to take care of it and how to repair it. "Dad said that if you can't fix your own ship, you'll wind up in debt! Oh isn't that true for me now!" Handy-Woman - Cel has been living on her own for quite some time now. She has had to travel to Coruscant multiple times, which has required her to find unusual ways to repair things. Her intelligence and experience of repairing various objects over time have helped her in this regard. "Dad always told me that if something is broken, then fix it. Prideful - She loves herself and wants to ensure everyone knows how wonderful she is. Perfectionist - She prides herself in her plans being perfect and thought through, issues that arise causing her to go off script can really be rage-inducing to her.

{Personality}
Cel is a kind person. A perfectionist at hear and loves to be right. She is obviously a bit self-absorbed but there is always a time and place to brag on oneself. She shows great care for those in need and has even been known to bend a little bureaucratic tape in order to help people who have reached out to her. She can be a bit strange though, her sense of humor is off sometimes saying things that aren't that funny and laughing about it. But at the same time she likes to laugh at people's jokes and tends to just have a poor and broad sense of humor. Cel seems to stay calm in most situations, not panicking and not acting rashly. She formulates a plan and enacts it. Very rarely will she ever 'Go with the flow'. While she may even say that she is, truth be told she has come up with at least a bare-bones plan that she is going to follow to try and reach whatever goal she has. She is very driven, which can make her a bit unpredictable at times, if you catch her at the wrong moment, or the wrong time she has a tendency to get very upset, or may even welcome you to join. It all depends on what's going on around her.
{Place of Origin}
Cel was born in Eshan, she grew up there with her dad. Her dad worked as a Bureaucrat before she was even born. He raised her with the idea that "Protecting yourself and your desires is the most important thing in almost any line of work. "If you let down your guard in this universe at all, you'll wind up food for something, or a fresh kill for someone." Taking that to heart, she trained in the ways of Echani. She grew up with a pretty wealthy father which helped her be able to afford the best schooling money could buy. This only fed into her already gifted intelligence to where many at her school saw her as a 'genius in the making'.
{Background}
Growing up is never easy. Especially when you're the daughter of a bureaucrat who focuses on the financials of different planets. Despite being rich, while her dad was away at a young age, she mainly stayed with her psychotic nanny who emotionally and physically abused her. At one point throwing a Thermapad at her and hitting the back of her head because she had accidentally left the thermapad on after using it. When her dad was home, he would continue to work which caused her to almost be forced to show interest in his work just for him to pay attention to her. Cel's mother didn't make things too much better when she got home, oftentimes throwing herself into fits of alcoholic rage targeted mainly at Cel. This made home life incredibly rough and Cel would focus hard in school and on her own books, reading whatever she could get her hands on to just try to escape. Additionally, she found the more things she knew the fewer 'mistakes' she made which brought less anger upon her. This all went on until Cel was about 10 years old when one day she walked into her parents having a massive argument over her mom's drinking. It eventually escalated to the point that the two were nearly throwing things at each other. In anger, her father stormed out of the house while her mother continued to drink. Shouting and flailing and throwing things all about the place. To calm herself her mother decided to take some 'medicine' which had an adverse reaction to the alcohol. This caused her mother to have a seizure in front of Cel. When Cel's father got home he found Cel next to her mom who was on the ground, dead. Her father would try to comfort her as he told her that it wasn't her fault that she went into shock and didn't know what to do. After that day Cel's life changed drastically, she was more attached to her father than ever, now no longer feigning interest in his work but even helping with it. This was when her father realized that Cel was a borderline genius as she helped develop the financial program that the Eshan needed at the time. The program she helped her father create brought Eshan into a spot of financial prosperity unlike it had seen in decades. Cel's father began sending her to a school specifically for people of Cel's caliber. Cel actually loved this and started to make friends at school. Which also meant she spent less time with her nanny. At the age of 11, Cel had been demanding that she be allowed to stay home without supervision. Her father was less than happy about allowing such a thing to happen. He was afraid that Cel was still not responsible enough and he worried about losing her. However, in a stroke of luck, 3 days before Cel's birthday he was walking the Nanny back to her speeder when he noticed a black bag inside of it. He had asked what she had in the black bag and opened it to take a peak, wanting to make sure that the nanny hadn't been stealing. But as the Nanny explained she probably had some garbage in it, and the realization of what was inside was worse. It was the family dog, dead and stuffed inside the black bag. Cel's Nanny was fired instantly and Cel's father had to decide what to do. He walked inside and explained what happened to Cel who was devastated, crying uncontrollably for hours at the loss of Sparky. Her dad was unwilling to still let her be alone still. So he came up with a plan, Cel would start spending her after-school time with him at his office, where she would finish her school work and then could spend time with him and help him if she so desired, it was a way he could train her up and teach her how to be a bureaucrat. As time went on she would not only find herself fitting in at school but also fitting in quite well with her father's colleagues who were all intrigued by this 15-year-old who seemed to have as much knowledge about government as they did. While her father worked in the financial side of things she was seeing a distinct lack and issue with how quickly money was coming in. In fact, she found that the planet's 'main port' would frequently lose money every other month after making a large profit the month before. In a stroke of luck, and genius she had suggested a plan to one of her father's coworkers, who he began to write up the plan that she was talking about. This cut off some extra workers that weren't needed and allowed for a more streamlined process of doing things. It worked out so well that the DoT asked her if she was interested in taking an unpaid internship. Which she politely declined as she was happy where she was at and not having the responsibility if something went wrong. "After all, if it all goes and fails, I'm not the one that will be blamed for listening to a 15 year old.". she had told her dad's coworker with a mischievous and ornery smile. School couldn't have been better for her, she was popular, but more than that she was excellent in martial arts class where she was really coming to her own in the martial art of Echani. Additionally, she was excellent in sports and no longer had to spend much time at home by herself. This relaxed her dad, who was still loving that after everything they had gone through, she was still 'Daddy's little girl'. She would love to spend time with him and consistently talk about going on vacations with him and discussing the different options that they had. While on vacation during the summer Cel and her father had run across someone in another city who had run up to them begging them for help. To her surprise, it was her old nanny, who had seen them and ran up begging them for forgiveness. And to Cel's shock, her dad was willing to help. He didn't just give her money but gave her a reference to a job in the city that she could use to get back on her feet. Cel was livid with her father at this as they argued about it the whole night. It ended like so: "How are you going to say that everyone deserves another chance after she was the one that did this!?" Cel would turn to show him a scar on the back of her neck from a burn mark from the time that a thermapad was thrown at her. "My dear, I'm so sorry that I didn't believe you back then, and believe me I wish I wasn't so blinded and busy back then. I know she caused you a lot of pain and cost us our precious dog at the time. But there is always a necessity for those who are well off to help give others a second chance, help give others a chance to not spiral further out of control. It's our duty, and the duty to make sure that people don't have a chance to spiral out of control is more important than past transgressions. Does that make sense?" Cel would nod and hug her father, "I'm sorry I got so angry Dad." As she got older and dealt with heartbreak, a boyfriend wound up falling for a twi`lek and broke up with Cel. In a fit of rage, Cel had gone over to the Twi`lek at school. The Twi`lek thought it'd be smart to punch Cel in the face. The Twi`lek found themself on the ground with her arm twisted behind her back and Cel's other hand pressing her head into the ground. This act of violence was shocking to her father who had reprimanded her after school due to how close she was to graduating and putting it at risk. Her father would be the one to tell her that night that once she graduated they were heading to Coruscant for the summer as a relief effort before she headed off for university. University was a breeze for her, in fact at this point she was easily solving problems and mathematical equations for doctorate-level programs. Every summer she would go back to Coruscant and help her dad with the relief efforts around the planet, especially with helping in feeding those who had nothing. After she finally graduated and was awaiting her first job as an official bureaucrat she headed to Coruscant one last time to help her dad. While on Courscant her father worked diligently giving to those in need and helping serve food as well as trying to make sure that reconstruction efforts were all on schedule. They also began to push some ideas that had helped with the efforts of rebuilding the planet. Unfortunately with two days left on Coruscant during a moment when she was feeding the hungry with some of the other relief workers, she couldn't find her father. She looked everywhere and eventually had to call the authorities. After hours of searching, she turned down an alley to see her dad, she ran up to him, on the ground and bleeding out. He had been stabbed by a knife and was unable to move as the knife was still inside of him. She begged him not to die and to just wait as she called for help, but he told her how proud he was of her to be so willing to clean the streets and as she hugged him, he died in her arms. She was mortified, broken and devastated. She went away into isolation on Eshan for about 3 months after this; as she got her Father's affairs in order. The whole 3 months she seemed to be pouring over her journals and re-reading all the lessons throughout her life that her dad taught her and when she read a journal entry, she noted that he said: "It's our duty, and the duty to make sure that people don't have a chance to spiral out of control is more important than past transgressions." it was at that moment she knew what she had to do. She quickly reapplied for a new position in Coruscant as a new bureaucrat. She continued where her dad left off, for years she helped people there. Even going as far as helping people who want to get off the planet to get off the planet. A few years later she moved to Chandrilla to help with the complete restructure of their docks and transportation system. For a few years, she worked on Chandrilla, having a few boyfriends at the time and helping make their transportation system one of the best in the system. She has really enjoyed being able to go and work with the people of these different systems. She was even voted 2nd place as Chandrilla's most intelligent being. Once the job on Chandrilla had ended she decided she would pack up and head to Mandalore, to see what lays there.
