I've got some story ideas I'd like to work with.

I try to be easy-going with my partners. Brainstorming is always welcomed! And being ooc (separately from the rp) is much loved. I'm a chatty one, rofl. I've got more in-depth details about myself and writing style in my bio, post examples included. If you find yourself interested, feel free to post or pm me and maybe we can get something going.

I'm not entirely sure exactly how many rp I want going at the moment. Please note that my style does typically require some sort of research to make posts more realistic. But I promise it doesn't need to be extensive.

And here's some plots that are taking up space in my head:

A school teacher turned lawman.

The year is 1885. Brian Strauss (my character) has finally accepted an invite to teach out in Nevada. The only reason he finally agreed? They'd given him the headmaster's title. He'd never touched a gun a day in his life up until a bunch of cowhands shot his wife in cold blood. His first instinct was to go to the law. They didn't do shit. Why? They were either convinced it was the Paiutes who did it, or in on it themselves. 

So he took matters into his own hands- and made some interesting friends along the way.

About your character:

I'm not all too worried with what type of character you want to play as. You want to be a Bonanza styled cowboy? Fantastic. A Native American? Another lawman? The main villain? It honestly does not matter as long as we're respectful of the times and each other.

[hider=Plot 2: "With Love, Honors" Slice of Life + School]
Not gonna lie, I'm really itching for this one! Because it's a theatrical group, we could potentially make up stories within the story and this fascinates me heavily.

A fed-up with his peers, honors student Barnaby "Barney" David Kaloustian (my character), decides to start an after school invite-only theatrical group. What started off as a quartet of dedicated choir students, has turned into a massive group of some 100 individual souls. All of which are sick and tired of a lack of group effort by peers who only want the easy A. But did David bite off more than he could chew? Is theatre his passion or is becoming a Reformed Rabbi his true calling?

Choir, band... or rather, [i]orchestra[/i], improv, drama, stage crew. All are necessary parts for the group to function properly within the School's auditorium. Is he forgetting anything?

This story is set deep in the hills of The Golden State. It's littered with all sorts of teenage angst! Backstabbing, political and social agendas, a broken education system and well... you get the idea. It's essentially a "coming of age" kind of story.

Being able to multi character will be useful for this. Other than that, I'm not concerned with what type of character(s) you decide on. Despite the nature of this story, all characters must be 18+. College.

[hider=Plot 3: "Doctor" Sci-Fi + Slice of Life + School]
Prodigy child, Alastair Apela Hemingway (my character) is obsessed with science and mathematics. More specifically, he's a theoretical quantum physicist aka he's heavily invested in time-space travel. Mostly space travel. Mostly. He's aided with the help of his Russian Mechanical Engineer, only to find out, that our closest extraterrestrial neighbors are light years away. Gigalight-years... but more importantly, they already knew about our lovely, human [i]infested[/i], Terra Firma.

During the search for intelligence, they seem to find signals coming directly from Earth. Mostly NASA's SETI program. It's simply, "Too damned loud." of a signal.

Long story short: the Cassini–Huygens and the Spirit and Opportunity Mars Rovers are awesome as shit. And this rp should totally explore human ingenuity- both fictious and realistic.

This story takes place during and around [i]With love, Honors.[/i] So character crossover, particularly that of David, will happen. Alastair, excuse me, [i]Dr. Hemingway[/i], is currently working as a substitute teacher, for David's School... despite being physically school aged himself. Think heavy on Star Trek and a little less on Star Wars for this one.

I'm not all too concerned with what type of character you want, as long as it suits the story's needs. Characters should be 18+. Think college.
