As [@King Kindred] said... the vomit, the poop, soak it all up.  As a parent myself I'd suggest baby wipes and/or paper towel with a solution with vinegar.  Dab, don't smear.  You don't want to let that stuff settle into your carpets, rugs, or furniture...
