The world was a different place a thousand years ago. Back then, magic reigned supreme, and all humans could use magic in some way. Known now as the Age of Magic, this period while known to all. It is unknown to what exactly caused magic to cease. Only a world-ending event known as the Cataclysm caused the Age of Magic to end violently and begin a new age. Which the monsters of the world that had been held back by magic broke free of their barriers and caused death and destruction across the land.          

Since the Cataclysm, the world has recovered somewhat, and the survivors have learned how to defend themselves against the monsters that now roam the land. Forming into nations, but with monsters roaming the world and making life hard outside of the nations. A new solution was needed now that magic was gone.

That solution was the Hunters, a group formed to hunt down and kill the monsters that threaten humanity.        

Regardless, Hunter Academies have been set up across the world, and as the Hunter Academy in the nation of
