Uzumaki Ren Uzumaki Ren grits his teeth, one hand hovering above his Kunai handle as he says to Lin, "Get away from me and Mu. But if you want to fight me, name a time and place - I'll be happy to make you eat dirt any day." He was not a pushover, especially not when this scumbag had exhausted most of his patience. Nevertheless, he was not someone who casually violated the rules either, so Ren nodded as Lin said something about them being too easy and this being a 'prank', and said with a forced smile that did not pretend to be sincere, "On the other hand, maybe we were just too easy and we fell for what you said. We'll be going now, then, Lin; hope to see you later!" Or not at all, he thought bitterly as he followed Kasumi and Mu to the market square, which the former knew somewhat better than even he did - Something to rectify. Either way, when Kasumi brought up choices of what to eat, Ren tried to school himself into calm eagerness and then chose more than one of the options offered. "Ramen first, then frozen treats," Ren said before heading for the ramen bar and saying, "Umm... Do each of us pay for ourselves, or does one of us pay for the whole bunch? I mostly pay for myself, but I have had very few friends before and they always paid or my parents paid for them." One thing to observe was that Ren was not an Orphan; his parents were accomplished Shinobi with blood on their hands, and Ren was not so naive to think that they were completely good people, although he appreciated it that they tried. And they loved him and he loved them back, and despite their duties to the village, they tried to keep him happy. And so I'll make sure others are happy as well. But how? How do we get peace and understanding between us all? [@anothered][@Lewascan2]
