[@Kazemitsu] Correct, as that's what I was going for.  I mean it's in the name [i]Dragonborn[/i].  As far as how powerful your draconic tongue is, well, you won't be Fus Ro Dah'ing people everywhere, but you will still be able to use elemental shouts like ice breath and fire breath, depending on which bloodline of dragons your character descended from.  You could even use shouts similar to Marked for Death to weaken enemy defenses or Dismay to send them fleeing, again depending on if your dragon bloodline inherited the shout.  I leave that up to you.
